Nose - Earthy and Herbal nose of anise and citrus rind with sweet vanilla and floral notes making an appearance with brown sugar and oak.

Palate - Spicy and hot with ground pepper and black liquorice candy. Some caramel and dry leathery oak as the heat fades.

Finish - Long with  cinnamon heat and some oak along with a touch of lemon peel or citrus rind.
