Palate: white pepper, dry oakiness with slight tropical fruit hint way in the background.

Finish: vanilla, citrus undertones and white pepper.

Nose - Rye notes with strong charred oak, tobacco and ripe cherry. A few drops of water opens the nose further with cinnamon, brown sugar and a hint of sweet caramel

Palate: Immediately hits you with lots of spicy rye and peppercorns. Smokey sweet oak with hints of cherry, vanilla and spicy hot cinnamon

Finish: White pepper, tobacco and charred oak with caramel and a cinnamon heat that sicks around
