Nose: Notes of baked apple pie, vanilla, maraschino cherry, caramel and oak char

Palate: caramel apple that quickly turns into cinnamon heat with a remnants of finely ground white pepper.

Finish: cinnamon and white pepper dominate but with background notes of sweet vanilla.
