Nose - Baked corn bread, Vanilla cream with a hint of mint and caramelized sugar.

Palate - Crème brulee and Vanilla immediately make an appearance then notes of charred sweet oak, mint leaves and leather.

Finish - Caramel vanilla cream chews with a satisfying peppery note to balance it out. Very approachable for a barrel proof bourbon.
