      Liquor Junction team had selected this single cask premium rum in December.

        Tropically aged for 15 years in ex-Bourbon casks, the 100% column still rum was distilled in 2006 and bottled 2021 at the Travellers Liquors Distillery, Belize.

      No sugar, no color and no other flavors were added in the making of the Belize 2006, which was bottled at the cask strength or 61% alcohol by volume.

     Only one casks of this premium rum available in Massachusetts, yield ONLY 108 Bottles.

NOSE: Caramel and Vanilla with hint of dark cherries.

PALATE: Dark chocolate, tobacco, and tropical fruit.

FINISH: Brown sugar, sherry with light tobacco.
